This Vintage Am5x86 processor is an x86-compatible CPU announced in November 1995 by AMD for use in 486-class computer systems and Designed with Windows 95 Compatibility in Mind. This Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) began shipping in December 1995, with a base price of $93 per unit if purchased in bulk quantities. Before being released, it was in development under the codename "X5".
This CPU is 30 Years Old and I saw it working fine in old unit I had built in 1996 at my first computer store.
