1898 [c. 1898] First Edition; 128 pp., untrimmed; 8vo.; Green cloth boards with gilt title to front and spine; Slightly bumped and rubbed corners and spine ends; Frontispiece; Presentation inscription on front free end paper; There are 15 photographic prints of Eugene field and his family and other ephemera illustrations including a fold out facsimile broadside of a Eugene Field lecture with Opie Read and Eugene Field. There are humorous Eugene Field drawings in this book that is a highly personal biography of the life of Eugene Field by one of his closet friends. Very Good Condition.
There is a piece of a newspaper article, very old, with the book review when the book came out included. B100. AS-IS.
