I used these AirPods Max once for 15 minutes, after which they started to hurt my ears. Purchased on May 12th or 13th, and they are completely genuine. Bought at a Coast Guard base. The box was lost, and I cannot locate the receipt. However, I have a screenshot of the bank transaction. My mother-in-law is going to the base and will try to obtain a receipt. I am accepting offers; I need to save money for Christmas. As-is condition.
