Caramel & Nougat Cutter, a specialized confectionary tool for portioning cooked caramel and candies into bite-size pieces. Includes Gelee cutter mold.
Quickly divides a slab of caramel into 40 uniform, square pieces, each 1" x 1" x 3/4" in height.
Pour cooked caramel into the holding tray and allow to firm. Then firmly press cutter into the mixture and remove. Can be used with other confections, such as nougat, fudge, and gelees, etc.
Holding tray size: 8" x 5" x 1". Commercial-quality stainless steel. Made in France.
