Motorola Razr Flip 2024 - Selling AS-IS for parts or repair. This phone is stuck in a bootloop. It powers on and enters recovery/fastboot, but won't boot fully. Originally thought to be T-Mobile locked, may be Xfinity locked. Tried to flash new firmware, but OEM unlock was disabled, causing flashing to fail. Factory reset, no personal data on the phone.
