The hands cause her to stop motion back into the cauldron, and you have to move her hand out of the way to get her to go all the way down <br><br>I bought this secondhand from a collector and believe this person smoked inside their house. I can smell hint of cigarette. Otherwise, this collector kept her animatronics in great shape and stored nicely as you can see from the pictures. <br><br>Somebody in mechanically inclined might be able to get the rising motion working again.<br><br>Box has some damage from being stored and moved.
