Vintage 1940s Ivory & Black Silk Lace Dress with Full Sweep Skirt and Hook & Eye Closures. This consists of two separate pieces: a base dress made of silk/rayon blend (straps have been repaired/replaced) and a lace overlay with corseted wrap belt, featuring hook & eye closures and a side zipper. The black skirt has a slit approximately 14" high in front. A rare and beautiful piece.
