A rare, exquisite vintage Art Deco Bakelite horse pin from the 1930s. Meticulously carved from butterscotch Bakelite with brass accents, including a bridle, glass eye, and an articulated brass ring.
Over 2 inches in size. In very good condition with a functional brass C-clasp. Featured in 'Inside Jewelry Box Guide to Costume Jewelry' (Volume 3). A hard-to-find item.
