Vintage Mary Frances Top Lift “Flutter By” box bag from the early 90’s. A piece of wearable art!
Features a box structure in the shape of a butterfly with hand beading, large center stones, wings in relief, and a top lift closure attached to the strap. This style of bag was one of the first designed by Mary Frances and is truly a special piece.
Details:
Exterior: Wooden butterfly box with hand beading, stones, antique bronze antennas, antique bronze and fabric chain, and a top lift closure. Interior: Beige box interior.
Condition: Good vintage condition. The bag is over 30 years old and has some wear, including some missing purple trim beads, a small crack in the side of the lift-off top, and some smudges on the back.
